As the initiator and Chairman of the neonweisz e.V. art.konzept.raum association, Oliver Kahl focuses on networking and the transformation of the entire Hamm.Mitte district. As an art director and powerhouse of inspiration, he acts decisively to reach the objectives of each project work.
Kahl is a trained digital illustrator, art director, and for many years freelance entrepreneur in various creative networks, active for e.g. AHK debelux Brussels for six years.
He developed his personal interest to be an independent artist in the early 80s. Since 2016, Karl has intensified his engagement for project work in his hometown of Hamm, in the network of the Kreativ.Quartiere Ruhr. Through his collaboration on the UrbanFineArtMeeting Ruhr 2016 as an artist and local contact, he managed to kick-start the expansion of the creative Martin-Luther district into Hamm.Mitte together with freelance creatives in Hamm and the local representatives for city marketing and cultural politics. This resulted in a strengthening of the Hamm creative scene with diligent digital networking in the Ruhr Region.
